I hate their app. It's bulky and slow. Whenever you add an item to the cart it takes you back to the home page instead of where you were ordering from ìn the menu. Took forever to order 3 breakfast sides. Also, why is a grand slam almost $4 more than a super slam? That doesn't make sense. Either lower the prices a bit or add some specials to the menu. Thanks

UI is bad, the app doesn't perform as expected quite often. The challenge thing just doesn't exist,I try to use it but nothing ever happens. I can't see my rewards that I'm supposed to have, somewhere? If I could rate any lower, I would. This is an abysmal app experience and interface for such a large company to have. It's a joke and I expect much better from one of my favourite restaurants for years.

Ui looks good. Ux navigation between pages, specifically the menu, is terrible. There is no back button, you can't swipe to go back, the only way to go one level higher or to the root of the menu is to go to some other page and go back to menu, a very bad experience. Either that's the case or I have completely missed the back button. Otherwise, if I am correct though and that is fixed, it would be a 5 star app.
